Help and clean, To make the environment be clean

September is National Clean Up Month by virtue of Proclamation No. 244. As a student and a member of the community, I am obliged to take care of the environment for the better. I have seen a lot of problems or environmental problems around the community. Some of these examples are trash lying about just everywhere, wilting plants that have not yet been watered, not segregating trash in their proper place, smoke from cars, motorcycles and the burning of plastic, and a lot of other problems that may affect our lives as well us out planet and environment. Pollution is one of the main problems that affect our environment and planet. People just aren't careful with our planet now, they are either lazy to help or they just don't care. By the people's ignorance, we are putting our planet at risk, which can also affect the future generations here, in this planet.

I have been observing these problems all day and it still stays the same. So, I have taken action to make the environment or community better by helping out solving these problems by cleaning and helping out either be it small or big. Furthermore, I can also help by taking part of the National Clean Up Month. These are what i did to help:

in this picture, i am sweeping the floor. it is important to keep the environment clean and free of trash. It is only important to take care of the premises that we are currently spending our day to day lives.

 

Watering the plants is a must. Watering these plants or trees will bring good to our environment when it grows as it filters the air for us to breathe.

Everyday, almost anywhere, we see trash lying about. If you ever come across one you need to pick it up. Picking up these trashes not only makes the surroundings clean and beautiful to look at but it also protects wildlife, environment and economy. We might endanger our earth if we don't pick up trashes from around us, either be it water and soil.

Recycling, this act reduces the amount of waste sent to landfills. Just by simply doing this, you can already prevent harming the earth from pollution.

Segregating trash. By properly sorting recycling from garbage and compost, we're helping to improve air and water quality and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Properly sorting waste means that less ends up in landfills and more of what we throw away can be reused and recycled.
